Cristine Mendonça Bloch

As Electra’s Senior Vice President of Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations, Cristine leads manufacturing operations, supply chain, and quality management as the company advances from development into production of Ultra Short aircraft.

Cristine is a seasoned global aerospace executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning aircraft development, advanced manufacturing, engineering, supply chain strategy, and large-scale industrial operations. She has consistently led organizations through significant growth, operational transformation, and technical complexity. Over nearly 25 years at Embraer, Cristine advanced from engineering roles to leading at the highest levels, including as Vice President of International Operations, where she oversaw U.S. manufacturing operations for the Embraer Executive Jets and Embraer A-29 Super Tucano program. She also led manufacturing engineering for the Embraer C-390 Millennium from program inception. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Aircraft Development at Radia, leading integrated engineering, manufacturing, program management, and industrial strategy for the WindRunner program.

She holds MBAs in Business Management and Logistics Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar), in Brazil.
